Happy Days Inc. was established in September 2003 for the sole purpose of developing a new and different restaurant concept. Oscar's Pier 83 is exactly that. This "Quick Casual" concept was designed, developed and brought to life by Ron Skehan, President of Happy Days Inc., "Our goal is to continue to duplicate this new concept through License Agreements, Possible Franchise Ventures and Corporate Expansion". 

                                                                   

Our Concept: Fish-n-Chips and Broiled Fish Meals Prepared Simple. Our operations are finely tuned to easily coach new employee's and train new branch owners. We will go out of our way to ensure the quality and integrity of our company. The Successful expansion of the "Oscar's Pier 83" Brand is paramount.   




                                                                 

Business Opportunities: Business opportunities start at $35,000 plus 4% of net income. Attorney's fees for License Agreement are included. Location owners will pay for the build out, and Happy Days Inc. plays a vital roll in the development of each location. Owners will be required to be "hands on" operators under the guidance of Happy Days Inc.
